Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

 

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by Maison Mona on its website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those listed on the Maison Mona website, subject to stock availability.

Maison Mona takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its creations to best inform the customer.

The photographs presented on the website are not contractual.

3. Price

Product prices are indicated in Euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).

Maison Mona reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
The price applied to the customer is the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery charges are indicated before final order validation.

4. Order

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these TCS.

The customer receives a confirmation email after validating the order.

Maison Mona reserves the right to cancel any order in case of an existing dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order.

Payments can be made using the methods offered on the Shopify platform (credit card, etc.).

Transactions are secured via the payment systems used by Shopify.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer during the order.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.

Maison Mona cannot be held responsible for a delivery delay attributable to the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned:

  • unused

  • in perfect condition

  • in their original packaging

The return costs are borne by the customer.

The initial delivery costs are not refunded, even in case of withdrawal.

Reimbursement is made after receipt and verification of the returned product.

8. Defective Products or Order Error

In case of a defective product or an order preparation error, the customer must contact Maison Mona as soon as possible.

Depending on the situation, a replacement or refund may be offered.

9. Liability

Maison Mona cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the purchased product.

10. Applicable Law

These TCS are subject to French law.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
