Return and Refund Policy

 

This return and refund policy applies to all orders placed on the Maison Mona website.

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw by contacting Maison Mona and providing their order number.

2. Conditions for Returning Items

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be returned within 14 days of the withdrawal request

  • be unused

  • be in perfect condition

  • be returned in its original packaging

  • be accompanied by the proof of purchase or order number

Any item returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Procedure

Before any return, the customer must contact Maison Mona to obtain the necessary instructions.

Products must be returned to the address provided by Maison Mona.

The customer is responsible for returning the package, and it is recommended to keep proof of shipment, as Maison Mona cannot be held responsible for the loss of the package during return transit.

4. Return Costs

Except in the case of a defective product or an error on the part of Maison Mona, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund

After receiving and checking the returned product, Maison Mona will proceed with the refund of the returned product within a maximum period of 14 days.

The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the order, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.

Initial shipping costs are not refunded, even if the right of withdrawal is exercised.

6. Defective Products or Order Error

If an item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must contact Maison Mona as soon as possible after receipt.

After verification, Maison Mona will offer, depending on the situation:

  • a product replacement, or

  • a refund for the product concerned

Only in this case, return costs may be covered by Maison Mona.
